Everlast Lawns & Landscapes, LLC – Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Everlast Lawns & Landscapes, LLC (“Company”) provides residential and commercial landscaping and lawn maintenance services. Specific services, pricing, and schedules will be outlined in individual service agreements or estimates.

2. Scheduling

Service dates and times may vary due to weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of delays or rescheduling needs.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. Recurring maintenance plans may be billed monthly. Late payments may result in suspension of service until the account is brought current.

4. Property Access

The customer agrees to provide access to the property on scheduled service dates, including removal of obstacles such as vehicles, furniture, or pets that may interfere with work.

5. Service Quality and Limitations

The Company strives for professional-quality results. However, factors such as weather, soil conditions, or customer maintenance may affect outcomes. The Company is not responsible for damage caused by factors beyond its control, including drought, flooding, or pest infestation.

6. Liability

The Company maintains liability insurance and takes care to prevent property damage. The customer must report any issues within 48 hours of service completion for review. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled service. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

8. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with written notice. The customer remains responsible for any completed or in-progress work up to the date of termination.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or accepting services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
